Dean has over 20 years experience with fibreglass and carbon fibre. Starting at the age of just 14 he started making products out of fiberglass for a family company he worked for. He had a passion for his trade and strived to build his own business within this sector . Whilst studying for his engineering degree He started his own business making carbon fibre racing car seats and body kits. He then decided to gain more experience in the industry and travelled Europe for a few years living in his campervan making parts for some of Europe's biggest companies including Ferrari and Sunseekers. When he returned he added pop top roofs to his business but wanted to expand the idea and come up with a new exciting product to the very popular market. After trying new ideas out he designed this new product, a poptop roof with integrated sunroof and this is were Starlight pop tops all began .
