Our tent canvases are available in two high-quality waterproof fabric options. Our standard fabric is a PU-coated polyester, offering durability and reliability, while our premium range is crafted from marine-grade acrylic fabric for superior performance and longevity. If you have a particular fabric in mind, we are also happy to work with customer-supplied materials where possible.

We offer three canvas styles to suit different preferences. Our Standard canvas features three fixed windows, 2 side mesh windows and a clear PVC front window with zipped covers. The Explorer canvas includes the three windows with a fully opening front window. For maximum views, our Scenic canvas can be fully unzipped around the sides and front, giving you the ultimate outdoor camping experience.

Black is our standard offering; however, we provide a wide selection to suit your preferences, including 10 colours from our Starlight polyester range and 24 colours from our premium acrylic range. To use our new or replacement canvas service, you can either send us your existing canvas so we can take the measurements directly, or alternatively use our specially designed template. Simply complete the template with your requirements and email it to us, and we will manufacture your canvas to the specified dimensions.

STARLIGHTS POLYESTER FABRIC
Our 7oz PU coated Polyester waterproof fabric is an excellent choice for your pop-top because it combines strong weather protection with practical ease of use. Not only is it waterproof and rot proof, its also UV resistant with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish that causes water to bead and run off, helping keep the canvas dry in all conditions. Despite its strength and tear resistance, the fabric remains soft and flexible, making it easier to handle compared to heavier materials. This balance of durability, lightweight handling, and long-lasting outdoor performance makes it an ideal option for your pop-top canvas.

Please note, we only use our fabrics on our Starlight Poptops. However, this service is particularly well-suited to conversion companies or individuals requiring custom or replacement canvases for their own poptop builds.
We offer the ability to manufacture pop-top canvases using a fabric of your choice—helping businesses maintain brand consistency, meet specific material requirements, and ensure reliable performance. It also provides individuals with the opportunity to create a fully customised canvas tailored to their exact preferences.
